It is a portable devices fixed in cars which locates the exact place where you are on your way to destination. It is able to direct you the path and routes where you are to travel. It is simple to use which has come with pre-installed maps and a new optional Traffic updates and re-routing module including fuel and park buttons pointing you to the nearest petrol station or car park.
The satellite navigation product has a voice guide system which is able to guide your way by voice instructions. Navman iCN 550 Sat Nav works with a rechargeable battery. It has back-on track option which helps you to find your way back to the track if you miss the track. It is able to take you to the point of interest which you wish to visit. If you are in search of any place, the device is able to provide full details of the area as it has postcode address search option. You can store your favourite destination in its memory.
The hardware includes 12 volts car power connector and car mount. Navman iCN 550 GPS Sat Nav System has mains power adaptor. The product functions with processor type of Intel PXA-225 200 MHz and Intel PXA-255 300 MHz. It is able to provide map data for other countries too.
The screen display of the satellite navigation in car mounting has 2.8” in height and 3.5” in width. It has a touch screen which supports clear reading even at the glare of sunlight as it is an anti-glare touch screen. The product consists of USB (Universal Serial Bus) port.
