Yet another product launch from the world’s leading electronic giant LG. As the punch line says “Life’s Good”, LG makes its users life pleasurable and easy with its new product the LG Ln505 GPS System. This handy portable system is designed for cars, motorbikes, phones and PDAs.
It has a 3.5” touch screen interface LCD display with easy-to-navigate on-screen menus and offers a satellite navigation capability. This GPS System features 11 user selectable languages, micro-level voice guidance and a crystal clear colour Tran reflective TFT display with 320 x 240 pixels display resolutions. The unit has a compact and a very sleek design. The dimension of the system is 108 x 82 x 18 mm and the weight is 170 grams.

The LG Ln505 Sat Nav System has a 2D and 3D map selection option and enables address look-up with full post-code search. It also has the capability to display the points of interest such as nearby fuel station, museum, restaurants, shopping malls, etc. It allows the user to change the route after setting it off. For other features like live traffic updates, European maps, speed camera information, etc., the user has to buy an extra capability builder such as the antenna, cradle or SD cards as per the feature requirement and pay a subscription fee depending on the region where the device is used. The device also has an SD memory card slot and a USB interface for loading the data from the PC. The working sustainability is facilitated by a lithium-ion battery with up to 3 hours of backup life and a memory capacity of 512 MB (ROM) & 64 MB (RAM).
