Garmin GPSMAP 76CS Sat Nav System has an inbuilt quad-helix antenna which can be operated with a remote. It is equipped with an electronic compass which offers exact location even if you are standing still. It has a barometric sensor which can gauge and record the pressure trend automatically.
An elevation computer is fitted which provides feedback for the following current elevation, ascent/descent rate, minimum/ maximum elevation, total ascent and descent, average and maximum ascent and descent rate. It has an internal memory of 115MB which is more than enough for loading map source detail, which includes marine cartography.
It is facilitated with a USB connectivity which enables chart and map downloads with lightening speed.
