Snooper S270 Sapphire Plus GPS System is a GPS system with many advanced features when compared to the old models. It has an ultra compact hand held design that it fits in your pocket and is fully portable. It comes pre-loaded with street maps of the UK and Ireland. It has a 2.7 inch full colour LCD display with simple touch screen operation. It is provided with different screen colours for your choice.
This Snooper GPS system comes with fully integrated speed camera warnings including roadwork cameras, DS2, Mobile Laser, Mobile Safety vans and temporary Gasto locations. It also provides advanced warning of accident hotspots, Congestion Charge Camera and Schools. It offers navigation using full UK postcode search. Turn by turn voice instructions are given by this navigating system. It provides 2D as well as 3D map views. The system has extensive list of Points of interests. This system has inbuilt MP3 and MP4 players along with a photo viewer. There is an optional GPS Golf Shot Saver as well. The system comes with built-in SIRF III GPS antenna. It has a one-touch home and office route planner.
The processor of the Snooper S270 Sapphire Plus Sat Nav Unit is Samsung 2440A 400 MHz and it has 64 MB SDRAM. It also has a 256 MB built in Samsung SLC NAND Flash memory. An internal speaker is included with a power of 1 Watt. A 3.7 V lithium ion battery is included. The battery has a capacity of 1050 mAh and is rechargeable. This GPS system is compatible with 12 V and 24 V power supplies. The operating system provided is Windows CE 5.0 Core Version. It has the dimensions as 90 mm x 16 mm x 55 mm.
