Garmin has introduced the new Garmin Fishfinder 140 GPS System which comes with a 4.7 inch display screen of resolution 128 x 240 pixels resolution. It has dimensions of 15.5 x 12.5 x 6.6 cm and weighs about 530g. This is a waterproof device that is used to locate fish at the middle of the sea. The images are displayed in 4-level greyscale.

The features of this device start with audible alarms and dual-beam sonar that are used to locate fishes. Alarms indicate the fish size, shallow water, deep water and at low battery situations.
